We price SoA’s based on Advice Areas

We consider multiple strategies under each Advice area as one ‘area’ of financial planning when classifying the complexity of the request.

Super

A SoA with super rollover, re-weight, salary sacrifice and contributions is considered a ‘Super’ SoA with a low rating as these all fall within the area of superannuation.

Super & Insurance

A SoA with super rollover, re-weight, salary sacrifice and contributions, Life and TPD and Income Protection recommendations is considered a ‘Super & Insurance’ SoA with a medium rating as this fall within the area of superannuation and insurance.

Complex

Generally a SMSF or Gearing type of advice document. 3+ areas of advice will also fall into this category.

FAQ

We first run a pilot program with a commitment of about 10 SoA’s over a period of time. This will give us both an indication of how we work together and give us time to work through any practice or planner specific nuances. 

This very much depends on volume requirements but we prefer all data to remain with you. 

We will require any CRM or other relevant logins, example SOA’s, we will also provide you with our paraplanning request form template (for which we also have developed an automated version through XPLAN) and a signed engagement letter to pilot with us.

We have developed some systems and processes over the last 5 years that help us to efficiently peer-review SoA requests before they are delivered back to you. We include Vetting free of charge during a pilot process to give you confidence in our compliance and technical ability. 

We have also developed a variety of other processes to ensure we mitigate risks such as ”paraplanner dependency” with dedicated paraplanners working with you.

We offer volume discounts which range from 2.5%-12.5% depending on volume commitments. 

We offer consulting services which focus on technology, practice management and change management. We offer CRM Health Checks, Document coding and formatting, Technology consulting and transformation, automation of workflows, building tempaltes, staff training and support, business process consulting and building XPLAN wizards. 

When you submit your SoA request to us, we will advise you of an accurate due date for our completed SoA to be sent back. This date is largely impacted by the quality of the information we receive from you in the request. We often jump onto a quick call with the adviser or support staff to discuss the request once we have reviewed it to ensure we are all on the same page from the start. 

With Scale Up you dont need to. We make use of your current software and ensure it works with you and not against  you. You won’t need to double enter any data or pay for yet another software subscription just to get your SoA’s completed.
